Our objective was to turn that infrastructure into an easy-to-use and scalable service: give drivers a clear journey from finding an available charger to completing payment, while giving the Green Light Solar Lanka team the tools to operate and grow the network.
Understanding the Problem

A fast charger alone does not create a good charging experience. Drivers also need confidence that a charger is available, a simple way to start it, clear live information, transparent pricing, and a reliable payment process. At the same time, the operator needs visibility across chargers, sessions, users, pricing, revenue, and technical events.
